IGA Assignments

The IGA Assignments page gives you visibility into active access grants and recent removals. Use it to track which access is about to expire and review what's been cleaned up recently.

Upcoming Expirations​

The Upcoming Expirations tab shows access grants that will expire within the next 60 days. For each entry you can see:

  • The user who has access
  • Which service the access is for
  • When the access was granted
  • When it expires

This lets you reach out to users ahead of time if they need to renew access, or prepare for access removals that might affect active projects.

Completed Removals​

The Completed Removals tab shows access grants that have been removed in the last 60 days. This gives you a record of recent access cleanup activity across your organization.

When to Use IGA Assignments​

  • Monitoring who has time-limited access that's about to expire
  • Auditing recent access removals for compliance purposes
  • Preparing for periodic access reviews
